We design and deliver programs across 17 connected areas of youth health, rights, and economic opportunity, built with young people and their communities across Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, not for them.
Nigeria carries one of the world's heaviest health burdens, and young people carry a disproportionate share of it: widespread malnutrition, a fragile primary health care system, unmet reproductive health rights, and a growing mental health crisis, compounded by poverty, climate shocks, conflict, and displacement.
LADI was founded in 2026 to meet these challenges the way they actually show up in young people's lives, together, not one at a time. We work inside existing government and community systems, not around them.
"A future where every young person in Akwa Ibom can thrive, not just survive."
